Stepping into Doris, you’re greeted by a warm blend of Brooklyn’s laid-back energy and intimate charm. Tucked away on Fulton Street, this bar feels like a quiet discovery, a place where time slows down just enough for meaningful moments to unfold. The mood is mellow yet alive — a balance that invites you to settle in with a favorite drink, whether you’re flying solo, out with a date, or sharing laughs with friends.
The interior’s thoughtful design combines cozy nooks with an airy, inviting backyard, making it a rare find where inside and outside scenes feel equally comfortable. It’s the kind of spot where the music hums softly in the background, setting a soothing rhythm without taking over the conversation or the vibe. Staff members carry their craft and style with ease, blending seamlessly into the atmosphere and enhancing the easygoing spirit Doris fosters.
The drink menu offers a quietly confident selection, highlighting cocktails that feel both familiar and gently adventurous — house creations like the Hell Of A Spell or the Doris Negroni showcase a respect for classic techniques while inviting new tastes. Awesome vibes with the music and ambience that is so sweet and beautiful. The bar staff are pretty chill bending in with the vibes with their own unique style and tasty concoctions and beverages!

Doris is such a quaint bar! They have a great drink menu, the backyard is absolutely lovely, and the interior is equally as nice. Fantastic place to fly solo, share with a date, or have a group hang, just get there early to snag a table!

Great spot for a date, almost everyone there on a Tuesday night seemed like they were on a date. Very relaxed and comfortable for a drink with a friend or two also. Good cocktails for a good price. Mostly full around 9pm which was fun on a weeknight. Limited food options so worth noting if you are coming on an empty stomach.

I really liked the atmosphere here - beautiful interior design and a spacious backyard. Great spot for a low-key night or a date. The cocktails are okay but nothing super special. The bartenders were pretty friendly, except for that one time where one of the bartenders told us to "pipe down" because we were being loud in the backyard . Not sure how loud we were but i don't think it was above normal noise level lol

Great spot! I was lucky enough to find this place just bc it's right next to my Airbnb and I'm glad I did. Really great atmosphere at night and was a good spot to read and journal by myself on my first true night in New York

dark! loud! crowded! i loved it, try the hot night in dallas if you like a spicy cocktail and the cowboy caviar was yum

Finally made it over to Doris and it didn’t disappoint! I really enjoyed the southwestern/cowboy vinyls that were playing, alongside a spicy drink. Also, the backyard is spacious and tranquil.
